TR9 Side Rakes are designed to rake silage, hay, straw and pea vine cleanly and carefully. The Paddon TR9 has a raking width equivalent to two 7 reel Bamford rakes due to the large diameter reels and optimum reel angle. The design makes them very stable when raking the heaviest of crops due to the full machine weight being carried in front of the land wheels. Structurally these machines have stood the test of time with no design flaws needing refined since 1995. For ease of use, the reels are raised and lowed hydraulically by a tractor
or an optional hand pump. The working width can be easily adjusted anywhere from 3m to 5m.
