Reel arm and lift

Extra long reel arms allow the reels to follow ground conditions in even the roughest conditions. This also allows the reels to lift high enough to clear raked rows. Reels are lifted hydraulically. This can be operated by a tractor, electric pump or hand pump. Reel arm pivot and all the lifting shafts run in nylon bushes for smooth and quiet operation.

Large Wheels

Wide, heavy duty commercial 15” wheels are standard on large 2000kg hubs and stubs.

Very efficient front wheel pivot brakes stops wheel shimmy when transported at high speeds.

Optional Hydraulic folding and width control

This system needs only one double acting circuit. A flow valve and lock off valves assures both sides fold evenly and stay in the set position when working.
